Client Accounts

Upon full payment for our Services, Clients generally receive ownership rights to the Content we create specifically for them unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. All intellectual property rights relating to our Website, branding, and proprietary methodologies remain the exclusive property of Momentum AI Agency LLC.

Clients grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use their name, logo, and content for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
